Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in a little circle must appear in the surrounding cells. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the large circle at its end. Comments welcome!

Some insight as to why the rating might not be so high: The opening logic is quite simple. It gave me pause because I'm not particularly experienced, but I was still able to get through it quite quickly. Then, after the opening logic was dealt with, I was faced with a lot of white space to fill in. From that point on, the solve is very simple and by-the-numbers. No more challenging logic. Just scanning and filling in digits until it's complete. That said, I personally still enjoyed it. I think maybe it could be improved by either making the opening logic more difficult or by adding in something challenging further along in the solve path. Thanks for another fun puzzle!
