Rules:

- Outlined regions are cages. All cages have the same sum which should be deduced by the solver and digits cannot repeat inside cages.
- Colors are not needed for the solve, they're just there for aesthetic purposes.

@cam Thank you. It means a lot to me that you love and enjoy my puzzles. As for the name, 7zar means "guess" in arabic. The 7 represents an arabic letter ح. The word is arabic is حزار.

I did not find this puzzle to be simple or smooth, but I'm pretty sure that's my fault for making a mess of it. In any case, it was a "very nice" puzzle once I took a step back and retraced the logic :) Thanks as always. I LOVE the puzzles you put out!
