Normal irregular sudoku rules apply, i.e., fill the grid with the digits 1-9 such that each digit appears only once in each row, column, and 9-cell irregular region.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the associated circle, and may repeat if allowed by the other constraints.
Solution code: Column 2, then column 9 (18 digits, no spaces).
