Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits on a thermometer must strictly increase as they move away from the bulb. Cells with arrows pointing outward must contain digits greater than all orthogonal cells that don't also contain maximum constraints. Cells with arrows pointing inward must contain digits less than all orthogonal cells that don't also contain minimum constraints. Digits must not repeat on the main diagonals. Comments welcome!

This was my first time doing a sudoku with the orthogonal inward/outward constraint. It works in a really pretty matter with the other clues! Quite approachable and very enjoyable!

When the rules talk about the cells with arrows limiting orthogonal cells "that don't also contain maximum/minimum restraints," that doesn't seem to have any bearing in this puzzle, correct? That part confused me for a moment, but i just ignored it and solved the puzzle just fine.
** Ah that’s a good point. I grabbed those rules from the generic definition and didn’t realize I needed to modify them.

Besten Dank an PDN

This was great! I really enjoyed the break-in. I found it difficult but very manageable. Unfortunately some simple mistakes on my part bogged me down after the break-in but this was still a lot of fun. Thanks!
Edit: Thanks for giving it a go. Yes, this is one of my favorite creations. :-)
