An average killer with arrows

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Every row, column, and 3x3 box must contain all digits from 1 to 9.
Killer rule applies.
Digits in cages sum to the total in the top left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
Arrow rule applies.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.

When I had the idea for this it reminds me of a puzzle I had seen Simon solve at CTC.
After tracking it down it was "Sun Chariot" by Miky. Excellent puzzle.
I think I had the opposite idea to Miky.
