The auditors have been at it again; They have rounded all of my numerical clues to the nearest 5. (They REALLY don't like pennies.)

The auditors have been at it again; They have rounded all of my numerical clues to the nearest 5. (They REALLY don't like pennies.)
Rules:
- Classic: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Killer: Digits in cages cannot repeat, and they must sum to a total that will round to the clue in the top left corner. (e.g., 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 round to 5, and 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 round to 10, and so on.)
- Kropki:
- On black dots, one digit is twice the other.
- All possible dots are given

Given how many people were confused by the first one, I wanted to do one that was more approachable.
This one has the "special logic" of rounding, but doesn't include much interplay between the cages, like the first one did.
That said, I'm not great at assessing difficulty on my own puzzles. I just left it at the default 3
