This puzzle is inspired by Tyrgannus.
Apply 9x9 jigsaw sudoku rules: place the digits 1-9 once in each row, column, and irregular region. Digits may also not repeat along the X marked diagonals. Digits separated by a black dot have a 1:3 ratio. Digits separated by a white dot have a difference of 5. Not all dots are given.
