Rules:
1) Standard Sudoku rules apply:
Place the digits 1-9 into each cell of the grid. None of the rows, columns or boldly outlined 3x3 boxes contain repeated digits.
2) Standard Thermo Sudoku rules apply:
Digits increase along thermometer shapes, starting at the bulb ends.
3) Standard Killer Sudoku rules apply with an additional rule:
Digits cannot repeat in cages. The digits in every cage sum to the same total.
