Standard Sudoku Rules Apply
Quines (Colored and Red-Caged Regions): The sum total of all the squares in the region appears written twice within the region.

FOR EXAMPLE: If the sum of the digits in a region is 29, then 2 and 9 will appear adjacent to each other, left-to-right, twice within that region.
Arrows: The digits along the arrow sum to the digit in its circle.
Difference Dots: The digits on either side of an unfilled circle are consecutive.
