Anti-Disjoint Thermo

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits on thermometers must strictly increase from the bulb end.
In addition digits in the same position relative to their boxes are anti-disjoint, i.e. must be selected from exactly three different digits.
Since the last part of the rules is not standard, here is an example:
In this grid the bottom right corners of the boxes satisfy the anti-disjointness constraint, while the top left corners do not (even though they are not disjoint, they are not maximally so).

Very fascinating puzzle with such unique idea for the beginning, feels like the constraint can lead to creating more interesting puzzles :)

Since this is a sudoku puzzle, could you please add the sudoku tag? :)
[The tag system is broken at the moment, but I'll add it once it's possible :)]
I thought that only the custom tags are broken, but the given standard tags should work fine, or am I mistaken?

disregard that, I just didn't see a super simple idea. Puzzle is actually easy. I give my puzzle solving ability (and this puzzle's difficulty) one star.
