Hidden Clues

I've thought a lot about a possible name for that clue type. I like the name "Balance Sudoku".
With a moderate level of difficulty, this puzzle is intended to show a bit of the beautiful logical possibilities of the clue type. In addition, it hopefully offers a nice solution path that has something to do with the title of the puzzle. I highly appreciate your feedback.

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Balance sudoku: A clue tells the sum of the nine digits in the 3x3 area the clue cell is the center of.
Solution code: Row 3 followed by column 7 (18 digits)

Thanks for this very nice puzzle. I liked this idea a lot. But sometimes it became very hard (at least for me) to track the narrow path..

I couldn't help you with the testing in the end, but I can at least put the (surprisingly first) solve here (even though I needed a little hint at the start). Thanks for the puzzle.
