Bent arrows

A try to have as many empty rows as possible, while still being an enjoyable puzzle! Difficulty is about 4-5.
-) Standard Sudoku rules apply (the digits 1-9 appear once each in every row/column/box)
-) Two cells a chess knight's move away may not contain the same digit
-) Standard Arrow rules apply (digits on an arrow, which may include repeats, sum to the number in the attached circle)
Solve online: CTC webapp.
Solution code: Column 2 (top to bottom) followed by row 8 (left to right), no other characters. Example: 123456789186754329

Three times I basically gave up, and three times I came back after a while and somehow managed to get further. Eventually I solved it in a total of 125 minutes spread across two days. Hard puzzle indeed, but very nice once you get the hang of it. I think this is definitely worth being featured on CTC. This is tricky at every step, which i mostly figured out by continually breaking it and realizing i've done so because i've automatically assumed the stereotypical option is true at each step and forgetting that tricky thing that could also be an option. cool puzzle!
