This puzzle introduces a simple, novel constraint that I think has interesting potential. This is on the easier side as an intro.
Normal sudoku rules apply. In addition:
1. Standard killer cages: digits in cages must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage.
2. Standard thermos: digits must increase along thermometers from the bulb.
3. Logic gate dots: cages connected by a white dot must contain all the same digits; cages connected by a black dot must not share any digits; cages connected by a grey dot must share some digits.
4. The grey circle contains an odd digit.

Love the idea and the puzzle, while fairly straightforward, was really enjoyable. I can think of a lot of cool things one can do with this ruleset :)

Nice puzzle -- took a little bit to figure out how the constraints worked together, but it was nice seeing how they interacted.
Not sure if the grey circle in R1C4 is supposed to be there, signifying an odd digit. Your rules don't mention it and it didn't seem critical to the solution path.
-- Thank you. And sorry about the missing rule, added it.
