Standard Sudoku Rules Apply

Quines (Red-Caged Regions)
The sum total of all the squares in the region appears written somewhere within the region.

Quinellas (L-Shaped Colored Regions)
The sum total of all the squares within the rectangle bounded by the L-shape appears written somewhere along the horizontal leg of the L-shape.

FOR EXAMPLE: The total of the digits in the eight squares in the rectangle bounded by R1C1 and R2C4 is found written somewhere in the gold squares on Row 1.

Arrows
Digits along the arrow sum to the digit in its circle.
