Friends with Differences

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Identical digits cannot be a king's move apart. Digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the bulb.
The highlighted cells must contain numbers equal to the difference between any two of the following:
-The cell's row number
-The cell's column number
-The cell's box number
For example, r1c4 is located in box 2, so possible values are 1 (2 - 1), 2 (4 - 2), and 3 (4 - 1).
