Killer Arrows Sudoku

This sudoku puzzle is dedicated to @glum_hippo, who introduced me to this disjoint sudoku puzzle soon after I joined the CTC Discord server. Even tho a human-solvable path for that puzzle has yet to be found, I thoroughly enjoyed our discussions about it and I learned a lot from him and others through it! The break-in for this puzzle also happens to come from those discussions. Hope you enjoy it!
Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Killers: Digits do not repeat within a cage. If provided, such digits must sum to the number indicated in the top left corner of the cage.
- Arrows: Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit within the circle at the end of the arrow.

Solution code: The 9 digits in row 5 from left to right, followed by the 9 digits in col 5 from top to bottom, no spaces, for example: 123456789123456789

Made it more clear that this puzzle does have a human solvable solution (glum_hippo's original puzzle is known a unique solution but a human-solvable path is yet-unknown)
