Counting Arrows

- Disjointed sets, digits cannot be in the same cell in a 3x3 region. ie R1C1 must be different from R4C4
- Knights move constraint, the same digit cannot be a chess-move knight apart.
-Arrow rules, the digit(s) on the arrow must sum to the digit in the circle. Digits may repeat if allowed by other rules.
-Additional Arrow region. All 9 arrows must sum to a different number.

difficulty update. between 2-3 star difficulty. ultimately went with 3.
