-Normal Sudoku rules apply.
-Normal Killer rules apply. Numbers in the cages must sum to the small number in the corner. Numbers cannot repeat in a cage.
-Normal Arrow rules apply. Numbers on an arrow must sum to the number in the circle.

Man this puzzle was extremely difficult. But after like 3 hours, I was finally able to find something in the puzzle that was useful and after finding it, the puzzle solved fairly easily.
