Little killer escape their cages

a little sudoku that tries to make use of the latest techniques I've learned! Hope you enjoy it :)
Rules: Normal sudoku rules. Digits on an arrow sum to the corresponding circle (2-cell circle is read top to bottom). In cages, digits cannot repeat and add to the number written in the top left corner. Digits along the indicated diagonals sum to the number outside the grid, digits can repeat along an arrow if allowed by other rules.

I greatly enjoyed solving this puzzle, it's a shame it didn't receive more love! (13 solves at the time I am writing this.) I really liked the break-in (although I'm not sure I used the intended one) and afterwards there was always a deduction along the way that kept me going. I think 3 stars difficulty is a correct assessment. You should definitely send it to CTC if you haven't already!
