my second puzzle, I think it turned out better than my first. I'm not sure how to rate the difficulty on this one though. I set it as a 2 star but it might be more difficult.

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Black dots indicate a 1:2 ratio.
White dots must contain consecutive digits.
No negative constraint for either dot type.
Arrows must sum to the digit in the arrow circle, including a two digit number for one arrow.
Thermometers increase starting from the bulb.
