Rising Arrow sudoku: cells along an arrow must strictly increase towards the circle, and must sum to the number in the circle

That... might be the most difficult puzzle I've ever solved. Took me over an hour and a half, and I literally fist-pumped once the solution code was verified. Beautiful, beautiful work.

This might be one of my favorite puzzles so far, the rising constraint makes the logics throughout the solve so clever and exciting to enjoy!
