Normal sudoku rules apply.
The numbers in the cage must sum to the given total in the top left.
Clues outside the grid show the sum of the digits on the indicated diagonal.(Digits may repeat)
Clues outside the grid show the sum of the digits between 1 and 9 in that row/column.
Clues outside the grid show the sum of the first Y cells in the row/column from that direction, where Y is the first digit in that row/column .
Clues are given in the x format or multiple x format. (IE: If x is 10 then 3x is 30). X is to be determined by the solver.
Solution code: Enter columns 2 and 3 digits. Do not use spaces between digits.

Note: I got confused by RockyRoer's kindly provided f-puzzles layout. I mistakenly read the diagonal text on the LK clues to mean the sandwich and x-sum clues matched where the diagonal started, but as you can see in the original picture here, they're actually in the next row/column.

Sorry to comment flood you -- but this was a awesome little puzzle. I'd recommend clarifying the instructions just a little to make my first assumption more obvious to solvers, but this shout-out goes to everyone else out there to give this puzzle a go -- short and very sweet. Thank you!

I don't see any numbers (or variables) outside the grid except for those attached to the little killer diagonals. Are you saying that each of those is ALSO a sandwich clue and also a x-sums clue? Or is the picture/instructions wrong?
