Thermo variant #1: Slow-mometer

I've made a few thermo variants. All are standard thermo sudokus + an extra rule. Check out the others using the following link:
Thermo Variant Series puzzles
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- On thermos starting from the bulb, digits must either increase by 1 or remain the same (if allowed by other rules).
