Killer Kropki Circles / Kreise

Inspired the the high marks my previous puzzle received (and request by Abed), I have created this similar puzzle. I hope you enjoy it. I certainly enjoyed creating, then solving it.
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Digits cannot repeat in a cage and must sum to the cage's total, which is not given and left to the solver to discover
The grey line is a palindrome and joins two cages with the same total
White dots between cages indicate the cage totals have a difference of 1
Black dots between cages indicate the cage totals have a ratio of 1:2
All black and white dots, in regards to cage totals, are given

Changed from 3 to 4 stars difficulty based on feedback (that I missed long ago .. I was moving).

Abed: I would go with 4, there are some tricky deduction to continue the solve

Maybe it should be clearer, that the palindrome line affects BOTH the two cells AND the two cages.
Vielleicht sollte man klarer machen, daß die Palindromlinie sowohl die beiden Zellen, als auch die beiden Käfige betrifft.
Ryx: I thought it was pretty clear. Maybe better to break it up into two sentences? But then again, people seem to like concise rules ...
Ich dachte, es war ziemlich klar. Vielleicht ist es besser, es in zwei Sätze aufzuteilen? Aber andererseits scheinen die Leute knappe Regeln zu mögen ...
