Tangled Arrows II: 6x6 (Arrow sudoku)

There's no need to bifurcate.
RULES:
- Standard sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the circle of that arrow. Each circle has one arrow tip - which tip goes with which circle is up for the solver to figure out.
