The following puzzle now presents a 3rd variation in which only the sum of the multiplication cells is given for the cages. The total must be determined from these.
It is the variant that I like best myself (hence the title) and I am very happy with the result. A moderately difficult puzzle with a hopefully very nice solution path. But you have to judge that ;-)

Sudoku bei f-puzzles
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Killer sudoku: In cages digits must not be repeated and must add up to the cage totat. The cage totals in this sudoku are not given and need to be deduced by the solver using the following rule.
Multiplication cells (green dots): The multiplication of all cells with a green dot in a cage must result in the cage total, too. The number in the top left corner of a cage tells the sum of the multiplication cells in it.
The colors of the cages are for clarity and have no further meaning.
Solution code: Row 8 followed by column 9 (18 digits)

Used lighter colors for the cages for better legibility of the digits.

Eine sehr gelungene Konstruktion! Klasse, wie sich Summanden und Faktoren fügen. Mir gefällt dein Math 2 am besten. Bei diesem Math Favorite bin ich nur mit "bifurcations" zur Lösung gekommen. Aber trotzdem hat es viel Spaß gemacht. Dankeschön für das kluge Rätsel! Und noch eine Bitte: keine dunklen Farben verwenden! Kein Brillenträger kann im Dunkelblau eine 1 von einer 7 unterscheiden. Danke! :-))

auch ich finde diese Variante am besten und gar nicht so schwer.

I think this one has slightly more actual sudoku and less arithmetics (and so also slightly harder for me, since I totally suck at sudoku). Nevetherless, I enjoyed it very much (but still less than the mystery one). Thanks a lot for this puzzle and looking forward to the next one.
Also, shouldn't this be called triple the math?
