Thermo rule applies.
Digits along a thermo strictly increase from bulb to tip.
Arrow rule applies.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.

A nice and easy puzzle. A great example of how approachable puzzles can still be brilliant. Very satisfying to play.

Great use of a lot of triples among rows to disambiguate a lot of the digits. Fun puzzle!
