Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Clues outside the grid give the sum of the cells between 1 and 9 in that row or column.
Cells connected by white dots are consecutive.
Cells connected by black dots are in a ratio of 2:1
ALL possible dots are given.
No special knowledge about dotless Kropki grids required.

Thanks for the comment! It was intended to use dotless kropki logic for the crusts, just not the "meta" knowledge about which triple can show up in a row/column, roping, etc. that is known about dotless kropkis.

Locating the sandwich crusts was not trivial at all - and does indeed requires special dotless Kropki logic. The remaining sukodu was a breeze due to the strong negative constraint. Overall 3.5 stars for me.

Clarified the wording of the rules. Thanks to Deanzo for pointing out my error.

In the rules it says "ALL possible cells are given." I think that should be all possible dots. On f-puzzles it says it correctly
