Palindrome Secret Difference Sudoku X

Rules:
1) Standard Sudoku X rules apply:
Place the digits 1-9 into each cell of the grid. None of the rows, columns, boldly outlined 3x3 boxes or diagonals marked with a thin line contain repeated digits.
2) Standard Palindrome Sudoku rules apply:
The digits on a thick grey line must form a palindromic sequence.
3) The digits in two cells separated by a white dot have a fixed difference.
Two cells without a dot between them might contain digits that allow a dot between them.
4) The inequality sign points to the lower digit.

I am not a native German speaker, I just use the translations of Google Translate. Therefore, corrections on the German text are highly appreciated.
