Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the arrow's circle and can include repeats if allowed by the other rules.

Stunningly good! The 6s and 7s were stubborn but ultimately surrendered. Denoting 6-7 as A and B on Penpa+ helped a lot.

*I did not entirely solve this on my own. There was one deduction where I relied on M Goodliffe to get me past it. But I think it still counts as "my" solve despite that one hurdle. Nice puzzle, definitely got me thinking about anti-knight arrow in a new way.
