I see what y'all are saying. In my mind the 9s were quiet obvious and not the hardest part of the puzzle so I wasn't that worried about it :)

It's a nice puzzle, but I agree with SKORP17. The title gives something away. I still used logic to place the 9's, but it is quite obvious.
