Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains each number from 1 to 9 exactly once.
Killer Sudoku rules apply. The sum of all numbers in a cage (marked with dashed lines) must match the small number printed in its corner. No number appears more than once in a cage.
Arrow Sudoku rules apply. Digits along the arrows in the grid must sum to the digit in their circle.
The black dot represents a 1:2 ratio, the white dots represent a difference of 1 between two neighbouring cells. NOT all possible black and white dots are indicated; a.k.a. no negative constraint.
The puzzle is also available online.

This was lots of fun and (I thought) quite tricky at times. I’d say somewhere between 2 and 3 out of 5. Very fun either way!

Smooth and clean from start to finish, demonstrating that difficulty and beauty don't have to be correlated. (1.5 stars difficulty for me and 5/5 rating)
