Stairway(s) to Heaven

Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply. Cells in cages must sum to the clue given in the top left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat in a cage. Lines on the grid form palindromes (i.e. the string of digits on these lines reads the same backwards and forwards.) Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the circle of the arrow. Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal.
