Normal sudoku rules apply. In addition, both marked diagonals must also contain the digits 1 to 9. In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Digits must not repeat within a cage. Digits along an arrow in the grid must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.

solution code is now correct. Sorry i didn´t know how to iniciate the code. But it is clear right now.
