Normal Sudoku rules apply
Arrow Sudoku - Digits on arrows must sum to the digit in the circle.
Killer Sudoku - Digits in cages must sum to the value in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat in cages.
Sudoku X - Digits 1-9 must appear on each diagonal once only.
Can be found at f-puzzles here
Solution code: Column 7 (top to bottom) and row 9 (left to right)

Magnificent puzzle like, honestly, so many fascinating interactions in this one, and then that one arrow shot at the final phase... now I have so much joy after finishing it :)
