Inspired by the glum_hippo puzzles, fresh and new idea that I liked a lot.
All the rules and strategies of Sudoku O'n'E apply, in which the yellow cells are certainly even and the blue ones are certainly odd; plus all the possible S'n'D dots have been inserted.
For the dots that mark the VERTICAL sides, X will be the leftmost number of the relative ROW.
For the dots that mark the HORIZONTAL sides, X will be the topmost number of the relative COLUMN.
Black dots (S): The boxes have a sum equal to the number X.
White dots (D): The boxes have a difference equal to the number X.

Vielleicht könnte man ja mal auf die Abkürzungen verzichten, ich nehme an dass O = Odd E = Even S = Sum und D= Difference bedeuten soll?
Edit by DB: Yes! Of course it is

@SKORP17
The number in the first grid is X, the black dots of the corresponding row/column are the sum of X, and the white dots are the difference of X, so the black and white dots that meet the conditions are marked.

die Regeln sind ziemlich unverständlich (es gibt keine Dots, die irgendwelche Rows oder Columns markieren
