Normal sudoku rules apply.
The black Kropki dots are broken and do not always signify a 1:2 ratio anymore. They now signify a ratio of 1 to any integer.
Thermometers increase from the bulb end
The two circles connected by a line are a between line where the numbers on the line are in between (in value) the two circles.
