Standard Killer cages rules apply. Digits in cages sum to the total indicated in the top left of the cage.
Standard Little Killer clues rules apply. Digits on diagonals sum to the total indicated outside the grid.
There is a clue in the title if you get stuck.

Wonderful first puzzle! The logic in the middle game for the breakthrough is wonderfully intricate, and finding it was an absolute joy.
