Rules: Thermo + arrow + killer + palyndrome + consecutive
Normal sudoku rule apply. Along thermometers, digit increase from the bulb. Digits along arrows sum to the digit in their circle. Digits in the dotted cage sum to 21. The line forms a palyndrome, i.e. it reads the same in both direction: e.g. 1234321. Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits.

Clever, and quite tricky in my opinion. The break-in was phenomenal and the puzzle instantly clicked when I got it, I knew that it had to be the correct break-in when I saw it. Had to restart a couple of times but that was probably due to my carelessness. Thanks for the puzzle!
