Ren Ban Sandwich Sudoku

Here's another puzzle in my collection of Sandwich puzzles without givens. If you're interested in others:

The Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply (fill every row/column/box with the digits 1-9)
- Numbers on the outside (which must be deduced) are the sum of the digits sandwiched between the 1 and the 9 in that row or column
- Lines are 'RenBan' lines. Each line of length n must contain n consecutive integers in any order. For example:
- The line of length 2 under box 9 must contain two consecutive integers - perhaps 17 and 18?
- The 13 digit line must contain 13 consecutive integers - perhaps 1 thru 13? (Reminder, 0 is an integer too)

I did find one bit to be the most challenging part, as pointed out by a hidden comment, but after that it all felt really smooth without feeling repetitive. Excellent puzzle!

I'm very new to this world, but the ending was the most fun and rewarding I have yet had on any variant sudoku. Was a great ending to a terrible day. thank you so much.

What a satisfying challenge!
I kept having to remind myself how digits outside the grid interact with digits inside the grid. Lots of moments where I thought I had messed everything up!

What an amazing solve! Took me way longer than I'd like to admit and I've felt really dumb sometimes but I'm getting better at this. Might stay at 2 star levels for a while now though lol. Thanks for this creative puzzle!

Very nice! I was worried when I found 2 5's in one row, but it turned out I'd just transposed two digits, and I didn't have to start over. Thanks.

The break in wasn't too hard to spot and the rest of the puzzle had a nice flow t oit as well. That was a very enjoyable solve. :)

This puzzle is a great example of taking a rule-set not often used and literally thinking outside the box. The puzzle is very challenging and pleasing to the eye. It is also fun and very satisfying to solve. This puzzle needs to be looked at.

Translated directions to German (with help from Google Translate... not a German speaker so suggestions to any changes would be appreciated!)
