I don't like 3 cell arrows, they give away too much information. So I decided to get rid of all of them. Good Luck!
Rules: all standard sudoku rules apply. Digits on arrows sum to the circle attached to that arrow.

Very nice interactions between arrows but the main thing is the break in, feels like I spent 2 hours just for the break in (and that is truly blessing).
Even though this puzzle was crazier than I thought, I still enjoyed it very much :)
