Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle.
The central box is a magic square: all rows, columns and diagonals within the box must have the same sum.

Solution code: Column 8 then row 8.

Fun puzzle, enjoyed it. :) I didn't need the arrow in box 3, that just fit at the end.
