Discworld Sudoku

Here is my second puzzle inspired by Terry Pratchett Discworld! Hopefully you can recognize A'Tuin, the elephant and the disc...

Rules: thermo-palindrome-arrow-killer
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits increase along thermometers. Green lines are palindromes (ie they reads the same from both ends ex: 123321). Digits along arrows sum the digit in the corresponding circle. Digit in the dashed area sum to 40. Each letter correspond to a different digit. 7bis is the digit between 7 and 9 which is forbidden. I marked all of them to avoid you the trouble.
Hope you enjoy it! And if you haven't read a discworld novel yet, it is urgent you do so :)
PS: I was not sure how to spell wizard, maybe you can forgive my mistake... ;)
Solution code: Write down the bottom row from left to right, except for the 7bis (7bis digits).

While 7b is thematic, I found it made scanning a little difficult, so maybe consider including a second link as an option with the digits in place?
also, I thought you might have chosen the second last row as the solution, - you know its number, it's between seven and nine, and is twice four :)
