Rules:
- Normal Standard Sudoku rules apply.
- Outlined regions are cages. The sum of digits in a cage is given in the top-left and digits cannot repeat.
- The digits in the circles are the sum of the digits along their respective arrows. Digits may repeat along the arrows.

Nice and fun puzzle, having a bit trouble in the middle but overall it's still a nice puzzle :)
