Double or Nothing

RULES:
1) Normal Sudoku Rules Apply.
2) Standard Kropki Rules Apply. Two cells connected by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2, and two cells connected by a white dot are consecutive. No negative constraint applies, meaning cells with no dot can still form a 1:2 ratio or be consecutive.
3) Standard Quadruple Rules Apply. White circles that overlap 4 cells show what digits must appear in a quadruple. Not every digit that appears in one of the four cells are listed in their corresponding quadruple.
4) Standard Arrow Rules Apply. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit that appears in the circle.
Pretty happy with this one! Shouldn't be too hard. I think I'm probably going to end up double uploading today so look out for another one of my puzzles :P
