Fill each row and each column with the digits 1 to 5 without repeats.
If two cells are separated by a white dot, they contain consecutive digits. If two cells are separated by a black dot, the ratio between the digits in those two cells is 2:1.
Not all possible dots are given. ;)

Solved this a while ago, just saw it now on this site and re-solved it. Fun idea, I've had similar thoughts myself, but never made anything of it. Clearly needs to be rated higher! Bra jobbat! :)
