Digits cannot repeat in a cage and sum to the number in the top-left corner of the cage.

A puzzle that lures you in with an elegant break-in, then gets harder and harder. Sudoku and cage logic, plus a little colouring, work together nicely for most of the solution process. But then, only one amazing chain of deductions ("von hinten durch die Brust ins Auge", as we put it in German) brings the final disambiguation. Thank you!
