Multi-sudoku: Orb

(Published on 9. April 2021, 16:38 by DiMono)

Is this what going mad with power looks like? Maybe. Or maybe this is just the beginning...

Fill each 6x6 and 4x4 grid such that within a grid, no digit repeats within a row, column, or box. The digits (from 1-9) that are used by each grid are to be discovered.

Standard arrow, killer, thermometer, and little killer rules apply.

Arrow: Digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the attached circle. Digits may repeat on an arrow if allowed by other rules.

Killer: Digits in an outlined cage must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage, without repeating a digit.

Thermometer: Digits along a thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb end.

Little killer: Clues outside the grid show the sum of the numbers along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat along the diagonal if allowed by other rules.

I would like to solve it but penpa link does not work

@Mitsunari: Sorry about that! A couple months ago, git.io was taken offline, so all puzzles that used it for their links immediately broke. I am currently replacing all of the links on my affected puzzles.

I've removed your other comment as it is no longer needed. Thank you for the reminder to get off my butt and get this done! :D

Very nice one ! Quite a long journey too. Liked the first part very much, where you have to figure out the digits in the 6x6 grids, with the interactions leading to the limitations. That was very cleverly set.

@Christounet Thank you for the solve, I'm glad you enjoyed it! A word of warning: Orb 2 is 7/5 difficulty. Proceed at your own risk. ;)
