Black dots show a Ratio of 2
The Green line links cells with Consecutive Digits (difference of 1).
Not all Ratio's and consecutive digits have been linked.

Fun puzzle, but as Greg said, naming it Kropki and stating rules for white dots which aren't present might be misleading

Clever puzzle, but with a single black dot and no negative constraint I'd argue naming it Kropki is misleading.
: Thanks.. I initially had 4 or 5 dot clues, but with testing found that the single black dot gave the best solve path.
