You probably could guess which holiday It is. I just think this one too generic, all liars and jokers stuff. But hey, it's the first idea on that day, so leftover It is.
Standard sudoku rules applies. Fill the grid with numbers from 1 to 9 so each digit occurs exactly once in every row, column and 3x3 box.
Arrow means the first three digits in that direction increase the same way as the arrow pointed. All possible arrows are given. So without arrow, the second not second big.
All outside clues are wrong.
This puzzle is made by Old Miles from China. I still like my idea of vx for that day. I don't like this one much, but I can see some might enjoy it. Afterall, it's just a small twist without any noticeable tricks change. If you're actually stuck on my idea, try Old Miles' idea. It should be a lot easier then the vx.
comment 2022:interesting, i didn't think solvers here are this gullible. the concept of trap is developed after I set puzzles. i did say clues, not arrows. i guess outside clues are not that popular here.
Solution code: Row 5 and column 5

"All outside clues are wrong." means also the 'not given arrows' are wrong.
